At coffeepress.com.au, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our Returns & Warranty Policy below.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your order) with details of the issue. To speed up processing your claim, please provide us with your order details and video or photographic evidence of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
Please note that we take sustainability very seriously and so will firstly endeavour to troubleshoot or repair any issues you might have rather than offering a complete replacement straight away. We strongly believe that this practise helps prevent irresponsible and unnecessary landfill dumping.

2. Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and while we offer a 14-day change of mind return on many of our products, please note that Australian Consumer Law guarantees do not apply if you simply change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, decide you don't like the purchase, or have no use for it. Change of mind returns are not applicable on all products and will be subject to a case-by-case basis.

We may offer a return or exchange for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item(s) are:

In their original packaging.

With all tags and accessories included.

The original packaging has not been damaged or altered in any way i.e. any stickers or tape used on the packaging has not been cut, peeled back or damaged.

The request for return has been made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

A store credit, or product exchange may be offered on any products returned due to a change of mind. A full refund will not be offered for change of mind returns.

We do not offer change of mind returns on sale items.
3. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or via support@coffeepress.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
4. Return Conditions:

All returned items must be in the condition stated above (unused, original packaging, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions of this policy are not met.

Please note that delays in delivery due to factors out of our control including severe weather events and courier delays do not entitle you to a return according to Australian Consumer Law.
5. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
