Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We will ship your package within 24 hours of confirming your payment, allowing for weekends and holidays.

For shipments within Australia we currently only ship via the Australia Post eParcel service.  If your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time please check with your local Post Office as it may have been held there for pick up.  In the event your package is delayed please email shipping@CoffeePress.com.au with your order number as the subject.  We will initiate a trace with AusPOST immediately.

For shipments outside of Australia we ship via AusPOST International Parcel Post - Air.  The recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be owed upon delivery to another country.

Returns

CoffeePress.com.au fully supports the products we sell.  We will do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Any refund will be exclusive of Shipping & Handling charges and may be subject to a small restocking charge.  Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  If a product is replaced, replacement postage will be the responsibility of RedcliffeTech.  Before returning any product for replacement or refund please obtain an RMA number by emailing us at support@CoffeePress.com.au.  Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
